Cooking is really a stress buster mam.... It's damn true!! I also do cooking whenever I feel down...and I think that the smell of the spices acts as a stress reliever.. and it should not be judged on the basis of gender🌼

थोड़ा सिरका और नींबू का रस हल्के गर्म पानी मे पैन में दाल के छोड के 10 मिनेट बाद धो दो हल्दी का दाग हल्के हो जायेगे 2.रात की रोटी जो बचे उन को सुबह मिक्सर में चीनी और 2 चमच्च चीनी दाल के ग्राइंड करो और फिर उन से लड्डू बना लो फीके दूध के साथ चाहो तो बादाम भी ग्राइंड कर लो 3.1kg लहसुन ले और पानी मे 30 मिनट्स भिगो दो फिर देखो छिलका कैसे उतरेगा 4.प्याज़ 10 मिनेट काटने से पहले फ्रिज में रख दो 5.2 टमाटर 3 प्याज़ 1 खीरा कदूकस कर के 4 चमच्च मलाई में मिला के 2 चमच्च किचन किंग मसाला दाल के पेस्ट बना लो और फिर इस को सैंडविच बना के खाओ 6 बेटे को limcy टेबलेट 1 गोली सुबह शाम दो आप भी लो इस से विटामिन सी पूरा होगा और इम्मयून सिस्टम सही होगा 10 दिन में फर्क देखो औऱ आखिर में जब भी मोगा आओ कुरुक्षेत्र और करनाल में मेरी घर पर रुक के चा पानी पी के जाना है और न्याने को दूध पिला के जाना है और ममता टेंशन नही लेनी आपा पंजाबी है बय नेचर।। मंजा हिला ते बंदा ढीला किसी काम दा नही होता सो जस्ट चिल। और ये जानकारी मेरी।खुद के अनुभव से है खाना बनाना मेरा शोक है।वैसे मैं 20 अगस्त को वापिस दुबई आ ही रहा हू रिप्लाई करोगी तो अच्छा लगेगा नही करोगी तो भी अप्पा टेंशन लेंगे नही। स्वस्थ रहो व्यस्त रहो मस्त रहो😜😳🐒🙈

Use some vinger and dish washer then add some water put to boil for 10 ' mint after water cool down then clean do this 2'3 time
