Patmos (Greek: Πάτμος) is a Greek island in the Dodecanese archipelago, located in the eastern Aegean Sea between the islands of Leros and Ikaria. Due to its history, the island is called the Aegean Jerusalem, an important place of pilgrimage and has been declared holy by the Greek Orthodox Church.
