If you think Patrice has brilliant relationship advice to offer, you're extremely gullible and you're going to make any woman who gives you a chance regret having done so. Take the story about the boots as an example. He still has his ex's boots in his closet, not for any good reason, only bc he hasn't gotten around to sending them back. And when his current gf complains about it, he argues instead of doing what he knows he should do. Absent-mindedness is not a principle, but he stands on it as if it were. He's a self-described asshole, he hit the jackpot by finding a girl who would tolerate and forgive his bullshit and love him for the good qualities he has, but he deluded himself into believing that his girl loved him BECAUSE of his shitty qualities, rather than in spite of them.
