Patricia is my favorite living musician! However, there are some other wonderful sopranos at the height of their careers, also. Have you checked out French soprano Sabine Devieilhe? She has a similar weightless kind of voice; but in her mid-thirties, is a more experienced singer.

I watch her the first time, when she was 11 yo, singing "La pastorella delle Alpi" from G. Rossini. This is a piece technically very hard but at so young age she sang the aria perfectly.

Yes, she has already done this several times. Including the concerts of Spring 2019 (Classic on canvas). a special session for the initiation of young people took place. It was a perfect concert to attract children to classical music via known film music played by the Ostrava orchestra in the city of Karvina in the Czech Republic. personally I was at the evening session and yes 3000 km round trip to even sing it !!! A beautiful mind, which you have already seen on my youtube channel, Once upon a time in the West and a song from the Lord of the Rings that I will not put online.

thanks for the info, patricia is ideal in attracting young people to listen to other than rap or hip hop music, because she is young herself, as well as being slim & pretty; i believe she would have a major effect on youngsters in britain; whether a visit to the uk is on her agenda, obviously i don't know, but i think she would be an overnight sensation, especially if she sang in a london theatre; you mention a song from 'lord of the rings' that you won't put on line - i assume it's either bad, unlikely, or it might be released on an album or a single because it is wonderful, therefore my guess is that the song is, 'i see fire,' & if it isn't, she should record it. ps, my favourite sportswoman, maria sharapova, retired today, so i suppose i'll have to replace her, in terms of favourite people, with pj. all the best.

thank you, by the way, you say 'the timbre of HIS voice'; i'm sure you meant to say, 'timbre of HER voice.' of the songs you mentioned, you forgot, 'meine lippen', from the 2016 new year concert. patricia has fans throughout the world who are desperate to both see & hear her singing - i believe pj's management owe it to her many admirers to at least know if they mean to allow her to travel to places outside of her comfort zone; by that i mean london, new york, sydney, moscow & all the main continents.

gracias, sadly, i only speak english, arguably the most spoken & important language in the world, possibly in the universe, which makes us brits lazy when it comes to speaking in another voice. i am however, pleased to hear patricia singing in several different languages, including english, which will hold her in good stead if she desires to become an internationally recognised singer.
