Thank you for this video. I went to Denver a Dr Donny event, very unique experience. I wish he expressed himself differently, so I can receive more of it and retain it. some of his teachings have stayed with me…anger is not bad, it raises your energy state, and you can use that energy resource available to you for transformation. I bought the T-shirt bcz I love his saying, it takes extraordinary energy to have an extraordinary life. I suffered a terrible loss recently and have been in a depressed energy state, but this is not my baseline, and I am working to get back up. I believe we can raise our energy and switch ourselves out with our higher other self to heal.
