I absolutely love this Prime. I bought two and toyhax'd reprolabled one of them and kept the other original.

I just saw this figure today at Wally World and I was impressed. I didnt pull the trigger...yet. So catching up on my subs...I really needed to see this review. Clear blue grill is a little funky. Up against the G1...wow...looks good though. Robot mode KICKS ASS and his articulation is amazing. Again...thank you brother. Looks like Im going back to Wally World. Excellent review brother.

Congratulations, brother! I had faith in you and very psyched for your success! Excellent review of this Optimus Prime, btw! It's quite nice. Thanks to the SIEGE line, I'm going to be able to ditch roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of my WfC/FoC figures and replace them with some QUALITY figures (albeit more COSTLY). Definitely looking forward to that...! At the time, I liked them (although they felt cheap as hell...), but it ended and somehow felt REALLY incomplete, like we only got about 1/3 of a series or something...kind of like Hasbro did us with the shortchange wrap up of PotP, after the initial $#!tchange of PotP wave 2 and playing catchup with TWO waves at once in the summer time, then a few rushed out figures in a "semi-wave" to call it quits, while pumping out MULTIPLE exclusives to track down (looking at YOU Walgreens & Damazon, I mean Amazon...)...but I digress... Looking forward to the next wave and upcoming reveals for other figures... NOT looking forward to tracking down all the upcoming frigging exclusives online...grrrrr... HOOO-AH!!

I was going to hold out for the Netflix version but it appears that isn't going to happen. Especially since the next spoiler pack is related to him. Mine came in the mail today and I have to say the battle damage doesn't bother me as much in person.

10:25, I definitely see how the $5 increase is justified, yea. all around tighter joints(u can see how the loose joints on the TR prime makes him wanna lean back), ankle pivot, waist rotation, wrist swivel, minimal hollowness, real truck windshield for chest, minimal kibble, better quality plastic, I could go on and on.

I love most of it, I just don't like the back slab and those chunks of plastic on his arms. Other than that he's perfect, and that leg transformation's lovely.

While he does look cool. I preorderd MP-44 earlier this week for $315 shipped. In my head I'm thinking that if I have the discipline to skip this one, that's like a $25 discount off MP-44. Atleast, that's what I'll keep telling myself to hold my wallet together for the next few months!

Even though I have the Earthrise figure, I feel like I missed out on this one. I really want one because I like the cyberpunk look to it. Plus, to me, this looks more like a design Prime might adopt in a futuristic Earth setting.
