Speaking of the 2 level 9 capes. Just two days ago i got 2 level 9s in almost the same area towards the south. Both about the same score. Killed them both 30 seconds apart, then about an hour later got a level 9 lion. I have since used up alllllll my luck on that one map hahaha. But to go with your theory it happened to me

I play on PS4. When the pop reset happened and I did my first coast run I found 4 level 9s. Two made diamond and two trolled. I was floored. Great videos.

I’ve figured out a new strat to overcome pen bug. Aim right at the center, where liver would almost be, the lungs are right by flesh since they go so far back.

This video is literally deja vu for me! When I was hunting on my map after the reset on the coast when I saw a level 9 cape with the same fur type and estimate as the max score one Crow got, but he was leaving so I changed the time back and when I was trying to find him again I found another brown level 9 cape and thought it was him at first but thought he looked smaller and then I saw that he had a different estimate. Sadly he trolled, but then I found the huge cape again with the same estimate as Crow’s. I shot him and he also was max weight and score!

spawned in to the map i’m the first time in ages to a 9 lion. lost him and then just forgot about it then got charged and headshot the lion. it was the 9 🥲 update: went to the og spot and there was a second one. i have a diamond lion now

Why do most content creators only focus on multiplayer? It discredits most diamonds and rares given the propensity for mods, and no - modded servers are not all obvious with animals that have crazy trophy rating. There are mods that simply increase the % of rares and diamonds with no other anomaly.

Actually those mods that increase the percentage make the weights and trophy ratings inconsistent so its still easy to tell. For example a max score buffalo that is 10kg below max weight would indicate one of those mods. Or something like a level 6 bobcat with a max weight estimate. Animals that dont have truracs have certain weights each score can be so it easy to tell from that alone. Also I only hunt on servers with low need zone count or low level hosts cause those are likely un hunted and have a better chance of people not having found the trophies. I have also noticed there are way less cheaters on low level servers. As someone who plays the game every day for videos and streams I've got to the point that I can spot a cheated server pretty easily.

Ok so I agree with Crow of course, but I’d like to add: A lot of CCs go into multiplayer a lot as it means you can go into fresh servers with no zones and potentially find cool fresh spawn trophies that haven’t been seen yet. I know what you mean re some mods being harder to see, I’ve seen servers like that myself, where only one species has something odd or only a couple animals. But, when you’ve played the game for as long as Crow/me/most creators, you’ll know something is off pretty fast. However, every genuine creator like Crow will, as soon as they notice this, leave immediately. It’s unfortunate how many modded servers there are these days, but like I said genuine creators won’t stay in those servers. Why else would they put so much time into the game y’know? They wouldn’t put so much time in if they just got trophies from cheated servers/cheating if that makes sense. 😊

How did you shoot it 3 times and still get diamond? If it was a server crash deal then anyone could do it and make the other 2 shots not count (if you hit 3 shots), at which I would almost consider it a bug, and people could just bug abuse that if they mess up 2 shots
