I remember having this game back in ‘04. I think it was the first game I played where the shadows from trees were shown on characters. And it looked impressive as hell.

nope. this game was flawed big time that a remaster cannot fix. namely squad AI. an entirely different MoH game set in the Pacific would be nice to see though.

@@justinebautista1383yeah every encounter its different if you are not agressive the japs will flank you and the last resort of banzai is a great detail, this game is awesome even for today where bots only stay still

What’s interesting is this seems to be based on Carlson’s Patrol. The “Sergeant” even seems to be a dead ringer for Evans Carlson.

True.. Allied Assault is 2 CD's and Pacific Assault is 3 CD's ... I still have the CD's of both game.. Just for memories....

i replayed this game, and older MOH's so much. I really really enjoyed this one, more so than MOHAA, Frontlines. It just had this team bonding atmostphere with the AI teammates that i would never get. I never got this experience with any future games apart from Hidden & Dangerous.

Nice little detail is that you start out only with a 1911, Sometimes it was more convenient to use a sidearm in combat over a rifle

EA killed it off like many of their franchises. The games became more about profits for the shareholders than the experience/enjoyment of its player base and devs that made it so.
