People always sleep on Toadscruel with randomized abilities. 100 base speed spore on a mon with solid bulk and pretty good special attack is really good when it doesn't have negative priority on status moves.

I think a good way to add a punishment wheel is to add up the winner's percentages. So like its better if it's a close race. Its nice to know you have 80% for your preferred mon, but you have to spin the punishment wheel

I think it would be cool to put out polls for left middle and right with no Pokemon info over the course of a week (like a poll of round 1 patterz then a poll for round 1 opponent the round 2 patterz then round 2 opens etc) and then when you film the video you and your opponent reveal your starters and have to choose based on the random completely unbiased polls. That would be fun especially with Luke or shady.
