Her make up & skincare is really good her new Fragrance is wonderful sold out rlly fast KHY is extremely well made & is worth every penny her bathing suits were bad she learned her lesson & has put a lot of time & effort into KHY. Kylie works with different design studios it’s a collaboration she helps them It’s a great idea it’s current cool designs at reasonable prices. So doing the math, she would have to pay a million dollars just on transfer tax to sell the home. And this is just one home. For a 5 mil home, at 4% you pay 200k. If every 5 mil is raised by .5 after the initial 4% 5 mil, and her home is at 50 mill, that’s 200k times 5 meaning she will be owing the city a mill.
