@@damunaik4 according to Wikipedia, Seth was born in December of 1973 so he’s not yet 50. Paul was born in May 1971 so he’s about to turn 51! Even if his son isn’t biological, it wouldn’t be unreasonable age wise, but to your point, they definitely both appear younger than their actual age

The funny thing is the USA rejected being RULED by the monarchy, but they are, by and large, FAR more obsessed with the gossip and bullshit of the royals than the average Brit.

I may agree with you but I can still admit that a great deal of Brits are supportive and interested in the royals. Notice the cheering crowds for every kind of royal ceremony that come out and line the streets. The magazines and tabloids that continue to sell a lot more when they have some news or gossip about the royals. If most Brits DID resent the royals then the royal family would quickly lose their titles and the royal family know it which is why they continue to do charity work to maintain a positive productive role, and the queen even has property abroad in case she has to vacate! We do pay for the royal family but they also bring in a huge amount money from a great deal of tourists. It is estimated that in the end that money cancels out the tax burden. They may not make a profit but they don’t cost us anything. So, the Brits who are apathetic think we might as well keep them and have something that many foreigners do admire us for: a long history and traditions. It may surprise you that I actually would be glad to see them gone but let’s not confuse our America readers further with another one sided-view. They are are a waste of tabloid space but many Brits continue to be invested in them.

Yes but I’m not keen on President Boris either. You saw how the USA fared with Trump. I think constitutional monarchies are good as it helps keep power in check. Constitutional monarchies like Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium are often indexed as the most successful, free, and stable countries in their regions. Republics are still prone to coups, dictatorships, and civil war. I think moving forward they need to cut down the pageantry aspect, and allow them to do their public service which is quite good for the country. In reality the average taxpayer spends one pound a year for the monarchy and the royals in return bring in profit through tourism and public service which rules out the tax problem. Not to mention removing the monarchy doesn’t guarantee that politicians won’t take advantage of taxpayer money. But yeah the obsession Americans have with royals is still odd.

??? DVD rentals cost (because Redbox exists) Multiple dollars PER movie/show... Each of the streaming services you listed have a monthly entry fee of between $6-$10... Why would you rather pay $1.50-$2 PER MOVIE instead of $8 for access to LITERALLY 500+ films and hundreds of shows on all of those EXCEPT Apple which is still a pretty small library....

I have subs to most of the streaming services because I also don't have a TV. I rotate which ones are active at any one time. The flexibility, low price (for most... HBO is a different story), and huge libraries on each makes it a much better deal that DVDs ever were.
