the arpeggio he was showing in the octives, when i first saw him talking about it, i got my metronome out and i practiced it for a few weeks, i was jamming with a friend and when i was in the moment i used it and WOW, it freaking makes you sound like your the guitar boss lol. Thanks Paul!

His style of teaching is so refreshing to me. Absolutely no ego, explains in a way that's easy to understand, and makes you feel like you're sitting directly across from him. I would love to sit in a room for a private lesson with Paul, I can only imagine what I'd learn.

I've been playing now for eight years and I wish I would have started watching Paul's videos from day one. Only the past two years or so have I really watched most of them and they have done worlds for me. He is by far the best teacher I've seen online and has the best method for explaining things to people. This octave lesson is probably one of the most useful that I've seen him do. What I'd do to pick his brain for one hour...

Simplified, essential and just down right enjoyable to watch and learn. He gets straight to the point and shows advanced guitar techniques aren't that intimidating. Would gladly part with my money for lessons. Love ya work Paul 🤘🏽🤩🎸💦

What I like about Paul Gilbert is not only is he incredibly talented but he actually seems like he could be a good guitar teacher. Seems very patient. Not all guitar players are able to be that way.

add me to the list of those who learned something tangible and as a result my understanding of the guitar expanded and it transfers rather easily to the fretboard when applied by playing the shapes at the different root levels. Opened me up to an almost endless variety of phrases and solo ideas......really really good stuff!
