Correction please. Kagame is a head of state and he is black, well and good, BUT do not mislead the people because Kagame IS NOT AN ELECTED HEAD OF STATE. He got into power through force of arms, and all those subsequent elections where he won but 99% of the vote are to be believed only by the weak minded.

Africa leaders are like ping pong balls for powerful foreigners; US, UK, Japan, India, Europe, Russia and China; God knows what they talk about. Ever heard there are no permanent friends, you should mostly rely on yourself. They don't care a bit about Africa's future and they may decide on an eventual end for Africa, poor military defense capability. Look at what happened to many Arabs countries; invaded and pillaged with no accountability, none came to help. Syria was lucky enough had Putin support, the civil war instigated by foreigners left horrendous looking country. Currently Gaza is being desecrated with utmost impunity and defiance against objections and reproachful outcry of the international community, nations and UN. If it happened to them, it can happen to Africa. A matter of time; then no amount you moved forward will matter.

The M23 question has been answered by President Thabo Mbeki. He said openly that the question should start with who are the M23. He said these are Congolese period. Then he said, ask the Congolese Government why they want to expel and bomb their own people. An answer to that will make the conflict a none issue. Let the Congolese Government deal with the problems raised by their own Citizenary in this case M23. Putting the question to General Kagame is a mute and simplistic , ask the Congolese Government period

This president for life is a member of a small minority in a country where his tribe is in absolute power and that's just not right. It can never be right. The previous colonial power started this whole thing by fostering division amongst the Hutu and Tutsi and it's still a problem today. It also doesn't help that another president for life, Museveni fully backs him because Kagame served in his army.

@@user-gm5no7st5w What l notice about when we criticize what is going on in Rwanda is that someone most probably Tutsi,will come here and defend what is going on in Rwanda,and say that everybody is happy. I have many friends in my country from Rwanda and they are here because they are sick of what is going on in Rwanda. Many call Kagame a dictator just like many in the media do. The previous president of Rwanda who was Hutu,the majority,we all know what tragically happened to him. What followed must never ever happen again in Africa. It would have never ever happened if everything was hunky dory. There's no truth to what you're saying about there being no tribes in Rwanda. There's one dominant tribe in Rwanda and it's the minority Tutsi. In a very mature democracy,having a minority as a president is not unusual but in Africa,we still have a long way to go, especially in a country like Rwanda with 2 almost dominant tribes,one much bigger than the other. I can't imagine the Hutu being happy about that. I just hope that this whole situation can be dealt with amicably and one day we see a Hutu president and he's not a president for life,who rules with an iron fist and is always reactionary.

@@user-gm5no7st5wGarbage, garbage, garbage. The minority Tutsis (14% of Rwanda's population) are hogging everything of substance in Rwanda. This state of affairs is untenable, unsustainable and obviously cannot last very long. The Hutu will in the end reclaim their country Rwanda.

Can he get money to pay all those who speak in his favor because of truth? He is a real man. Those who speak ill of him either do not know well the history of Rwanda, or him, or the region's history where Rwanda is situated. Such talk of yours is either for Rwandans who are connected to 1994 killers or for Congolese who are not informed about the root cause of their problem being the FDLR.
