I’ve listened to his hypnosis for about 3 months and I’m telling you I’m not the same person anymore. My confidence is more than it’s ever been and the odd thing was I didn’t even realize it was happening. My job skills have improved where I struggled before and now I just calmly make the changes , where before I got so much anxiety I would sabatoge myself. Not anymore. Thank you paul

I really got into this video until the unexpected adverts pop after 11 minutes.. 😵‍💫I had to skip ads and then quickly get back into it again . There was 3 advert pop ups I had to skip during this vid. Love your soothing voice. Love to try again 🥴

I used to pay Netflix and have free KZfaq (with ads). Ditched Netflix and used the money for KZfaq premium instead. It's worth it.

you have to pay a subscription to KZfaq to have adverts removed, the uploader has no control over the adverts. Unless you subscribe you will always have adverts popping up on what ever you view on KZfaq. I signed up on the family package months ago and I would not go back to having adverts interrupt my viewing of you tube, it used to be so frustrating. Now I don't have that, money well spent to subscribe to have them removed. I listened to this entire program with no interruptions x2

If it works, why would you need to listen to it every day? When I use hypnosis with a client they don't need to come back for more sessions for that same issue. It only takes making the change once. Where did you learn hypnosis that teaches that it must be reinforced with daily repetition?

@@therealcoachdarrell I want to listen to it until I'm overflowing with confidence and getting out there pursuing my goals. In my hypnotherapy training it was taught that repetition reinforces hypnotic suggestion. It certainly doesn't hurt!

My ADHD makes me unable to listen to smth more than once since I immediately get bored after the first listen. Can't even listen to a 5 minute sleep hypnosis file that helps me since after 2-5 times, I just want to let out an annoyed sigh and end myself x-x

@@davideagling6415 aw, the beauty of recognizing the value in learning proper punctuation and grammar. Those little commas make a world of difference. I’d add a conjunction, as well, to support the reader. Or rewrite the sentence entirely. But good catch! Because that comment was grossly offensive 😂

Good luck ;) And scepticism etc. is good, but this would be like doubting you falling asleep daily, kind of. Ofc this isn't as effective for anyone, but if you can imagine it, it will and can work. It can work just as when you lie in bed and slowly relax and drift off to sleep. You could just imagine that feeling while listening to this and stick to the and listen to the words instead of drifting off. Cheers!
