Paul Ryan , the dude who sat during an Obama speech on infrastructure spending when Obama received a standing ovation, yet when Trump made the same speech Paul was on his feet like it was Jesus himself speaking . Everything Obama touched has to go. Even the stuff that helped the less well off. But Ryan knows the massive backlash that is coming. And he knows the people his President trusted to help them are going to see Trump for what he is and they will remember every last person who enabled Trump and the Republicans who looked the other way.

As much as I believe Bernie would have been good for us, he would have been a pinata his entire time. My prediction why Boehner changed his stance on marijuana: someone in his family is benefiting greatly from it. I've seen anti pot folk after another change their view, either when they personally needed it, or when someone they love needed some. It's a TRUE medicine for most! Pot is legal in my home state of Ma. My ex wife's husband is a doctor and he has a lot of chronic pain, knees and back issues. He grew his own special pot that is specifically for pain and I tried it as I have pain issues. I did not get high but my pain is much less, don;t know what to say but it works. Its nothing like the stuff I smoked as a kid. On a side note my mom has been hooked on prescription drugs for over 50 years and she has OD multiple times and is pretty much a mess. Since each adult can legally grow six plants it does not cost you an arm and leg like prescription drugs do. I don;t use it often but its nice to have on a bad pain day. take care

I'd be surprised. Ryan really didn't want to be speaker after seeing what happened to Boehner, he knew it was a sacrificial position. And seriously, whoever is the next president is going to have the worst beginning cleaning up this mess - especially if it's a Dem. Everyone is going to want everything fixed yesterday and will have no patience with bureaucratic nonsense.
