In this video: I receive a package; it's two Paul's Scarlet Hawthorn trees that I ordered online.
One of them is mostly healthy, the other looked dead, and may not survive what I did to it.
I also tell the story of Paul's Scarlet Hawthorn tree that I took delivery of that turned out to be just a normal Hawthorn! Would I ever get a Paul's Scarlet Bonsai Tree?
I had to pot one of the hawthorn trees in a pond basket after a trunk chop - a trunk that was more dead than alive. The other, I quickly planted in the ground as I was keen on it surviving!
With the original unboxing video, the angles were off so instead of just wasting the footage, I scaled it down to one-third of the screen size and sped it up to match the length of the second video, plus I removed the sound of the original to make it easier to listen to.
