Go into the prayer closet by yourself with no distractions, no one else around and ask him to strip this of you and then do not do those things. It is hard but ask him to rid you of it. Before you go in to ask him ask the Holy Spirit to give you the words. Do not say a bunch of words but instead follow what the spirit tells you to say. By this you'll know exactly what is to be said. Ask him to rid you of these sins then go to his word and wait for him to speak to you. Immediately start reading and go until you find what he's trying to say to you about these different areas in your life. If we pursue him, sin won't have a chance because God's word will show it through a magnifying glass. What it is exactly we're going through and why we're going through it. If my people will humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways and seek my face then I will hear their prayers and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14. But we must come first and look inside each one of those areas to see exactly what's causing it and how to dismantle it through the word of God. This is very important, begin to start cutting these things off. He says if your eye causes you to sin gouge it out, if your hand causes you to sin cut it off. Matthew 5:29. This does not mean to literally do that but it means to flee from those areas that are causing you to do this. You need to rid yourself of them completely, do not even let them close to you at all. Ezekiel 18:27 "But when a wicked person turns away from his wickedness which he has committed and practices justice and righteousness, he will save his life." Check out Hebrews 12 too. Some sins are so deeply rooted into our own soul that to get clean from them can literally take years for God to do. What is important is to never fall into a condition where you begin to think that it is not even a sin or you wont get rid of it at all. Everytime you fall, stand up and keep on going and waiting for God to start a process of sanctification from that sin.

I don't understand your point. Are you trying to say that we don't need church and preachers? Salvation is we are saved by grace through our faith in Jesus Christ's death and resurrection and the work of Holy Spirit is to purify us and make us in resemblance to Christ. Church is the place where our inner man is reformed. Christianity is not just accepting Christ, it is about transforming like Jesus. Of course Holy Spirit dwells in us but it doesn't mean we need no one to lead us. Church and the five types of ministry is made by God. We're not puppies. God made us in his image, we are able to reflect his holiness or opposite to that evil. Since we are aware of good and evil we should be judged by our actions. We have a conscience given to us by God and we should act accordingly. We are judged more harshly based on what we know, so if we are ignorant to the fact of God and his teachings he will be more merciful. So if you know better yet choose to sin intentionally you will be judged with higher degree. Doesn't sound too far off of how a parent would discipline their child.
