@SCP_BrightAlt It wasn't erased, it was blocked, different. When El'Terhor scaped the Omnitrix his DNA was reemplaced for another Ectonurite, and when he "came back" El'Terhors DNA overwrited the other Ectonurite DNA. Gosh, I must have commited a few grammatical mistakes

The scan mode did add ghostfreak back in the omnitrix and Ben transformed into him afterwards.

From my understanding from watching this video, Ben's Omnitrix/Ultimatrix almost always scans an Alien's DNA that isn't in the Omnitrix/ Ultimatrix. So, explain to me why Ben's old Omnitrix, Ultimatrix, and new Omnitrix never scaned the DNA of Vilgax's species, Trombipulor's species, Serpent's species, the Sludgepuppy species, that Alien Dragon species from the Alien Force series S 1 Ep 11. Sheelane's species from Ben 10 Omniverse series Ep 64, Synaptak's species from the original series S 2 Ep 6, and SixSix's or SevenSeven's species from the original series S 1 Ep 5 and Alien Force series S 1 Ep 13. Also known as: Gax Brawlephant Snakepit Sludge Punch Salamancer Finswim Ventrilosquid TenTen

Excluding vilgax it's probably due to the Omnitrix not recognizing the species. Plus Ben himself said if he knew the classic Omnitrix had a scan feature he'd let aliens scratch it way earlier. While adding he's make an awesome vilgax

@GodOfSpeed2099 True, Ben did say that in the classic series, but don't forget in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien series Ben's Ultimatrix automatically scanned those five aliens and plus Chamalien in the series.

@@zacharynoveck8402 yes but that was due to the Omnitrix itself saying that it was uncatalogued alien DNA. I think most alien species depending on the alien it was unknown. As there are some aliens that don't even have a homeworld or a known species

@GodOfSpeed2099 Okay, but what does that have to do with the aliens I mentioned in my first comment. I'm sure they have their own home worlds somewhere. Besides, how can you explain how Ben got Bloxx, Gravattack, Crashhopper, Ball Weevil, Astrodactyl, Toepick, Atomix, and Gutrot with his new Omnitrix? Now, I know how Ben got Walkatrout, Pesky Dust, Mole-Stache, and The Worst with some chips that Blukic and Driba put in the Omnitrix. Also, Ben got Kickin Hawk and Whampire with a DNA scan and Azmuth gave Ben Incursean DNA, also known as Bullfrag. So, I believe that Ben's Omnitrix should have scanned or unlocked those aliens I mentioned before. If the writers have bothered of thinking of it in the first place.

@@zacharynoveck8402 To answer your question to how Ben got Bloxx to Gutrot minus Atomix, is because Ben messing with the Omnitrix. Xylene unlocked Upchuck and Azmuth unlocked Way Big and Atomix for Ben to use. The Omnitrix is the machine with button and rotate wheel with many access to aliens DNA which is why Azmuth put lock codes in each and every aliens except 10 to prevent his creation to fall in wrong hand. Ben messing with the watch is reason why he unlocked Cannonbolt, Wildvine, Ditto and Eye Guy DNA. Not to mention how Ben also unlocked Master Control until Azmuth decided to put Master Control function in Voice Codes.

I love the fights when Ben used Blitzwolfer and Frakenstrike to fight the Loboian and Dr Victor it's like your fighting yourself cause it scanned their DNA which makes Ben their brother in a way at least in alien form

Blitzwolfer, Frankenstrike, and Snare-oh dna scans have been retconned. The dna was always on the Omnitrix.

Wildvine was randomly unlocked by Ben when he and Grandpa Max where stuck. Ben didn't even knew about the alien. (also he appeared in the episode "Camp Fear".)
