We had a superb overnight stay in the Royal Oak Hotel (Betws-y-coed) then a quick stroll around the town before driving towards Snowden.
The forecast for the Snowden area was vague... certainly snowing but how bad the roads would be was unclear !!
We decided to press on... so glad we did... initial mist cleared and we got a stunning view of the Mountain.
The road between Capel Curig and Beddgelert is just remarkable.
