Based off the look of Pauline (Cowgirl)'s model, they seem to have use elements of Rosalina's Biker outfit especially with the shoes and the physique. So I am definitely thinking that Pauline is arriving in the Booster Course Pass with her own Biker outfit for when she is on a Bike or ATV. All of the princess drivers (exception of Babies) uses their Biker Outfits when on Bikes or ATVs.
