This feels like one of those old cartoons that consists of 60% random, beautifully animated visual gags the animators threw in to flex their skills, see what sticks, or just because they could, all the way back to the very first days of the medium. And it's *glorious.*

this astonishing masterpiece is like climbing up a tree and seeing many branches that can be used to reach the top but instead of choosing one path of branches you decided to use all of the branches and purposely brake all of them which made them grow into other trees that you decided to climb again to reach even a higher top

This deserves WAAAAAY more attention! the amount of detail, effort, and charm in this animation is overwhelming! The story may be simple, there may be alot of distractions from the main plotline, there may even be uncensored devil boobs that could upset a person or 2. However there is so much talent going into these visual gags, fluidity in the animation, a pure kind of fun and humor that everyone involved had with this project that is clear to see in every scene. It is evocative of many great cartoons of the looney tunes era while having a modern feel and with fleshed out pixel art no less! I hope Jimmy and Baby go a long way!

This was incredible. It's nice to see a Paul Robertson animation a whopping 20 minutes long. And it's very clear to see exactly which moments Robertson went nuts. That being said, huge thanks to Michelle Larney and Dave Supplee (as well as the other animators) for the slower-paced moments. I loved those just as much. Gonna watch this on Newgrounds and send more love there.

Much of the writing was meant to be a canvas for Paul to go buckwild, and even within the visual gags we wrote out he would always kick it up a notch and have us dying laughing at extra stuff he’d throw in (like the worm gettin the electric chair)

So now I'm speechless.... This perfection is incredible. Funny animation with designs Stunning and colourful. It reminds me of a mix between one of those good retro video games and cartoons. With the fun scenario with characters with a lot of personality . Surely easily in the top 3 animations of 2024. Keep it up Aslo my favorite part is the "BABY MODE"

bro, the level of quality of this animation is impressive, I can't describe in words how fluid and beautiful the animation is, it always feels like I'm watching a cartoon from the 60s/70s where the animation was frantic and had great jokes, and it's incredible the way combined this into a pixel art

Feel halfway through you went "screw the plot, location or even theme. I just want to have random things happen because I feel like doing this animation at this given day" just to turn around and go back to the plot and finish the animation up. Not giving criticism though, sometimes I miss random stuff happening because that what an animator feel like doing at that moment. Remind me of old rubber hose animations in that sense. The sleepy mouse bit though on that note was my favorite and likely wouldn't even happen if you stick to an overall plot "like you should".

The exaggerated movements are TOO GOOD, just when I think I can safely predict how a scene is gonna play out, we get EVEN MORE ZANEY COMEDIC MOMENTS. Man this is ingenuity on another level. This is the best thing ever. Talk about the god like pixelart. This feels like some kind of film form the 90s. Where the story is being told by movement rather then narrative. This is the way I love to see every story. As for the animation. Its top tier pixel animation. Some shots really reminds of gumball of all things.
