Quando eles lutam, a luta fica travada, mas não pelo fato de se usar o berimbolo, e sim pelo fato de terem um nivel parecido e usarem o mesmo estilo. Não acho que em momento nenhum algum dos dois ficou enrolando ou deixando de lutar, ou travando a luta para descansar. Vários ataques ocorreram, tentativas de pegar as costas, ataques de pé e atc. É um jogo bem mais difícil de entender, em que a disputa de pegada parece ser crucial para decidir o jogo, bem como o timing de alguns ataques..

As criticas vem pela dificuldade de entender e as vezes ser menos vistoso do que o de outras lutas. Achei uma luta extremamente inteligente de dois lutadores fodas. Achei legal o Keenan tentar levantar e passar a guarda do Paulo pelo jeito tradicional. Apesar de não poder fazer o mesmo elogio ao Paulo, tenho que elogiá-lo por fazer tão bem aquela guarda. Segurar um cara 25kg mais pesado, campeão da categoria de faixa marrom meio-pesado, não é fácil. Ele segurou, atacou e fez mais vantagens.

fuck this shit makes me wanna cry! I knew Paulo would be the one to put Keanan in his place! I knew it when people started talking about "Keanan Cornelius is the best brown belt in the world" cos I knew Paulo had just got his brown belt at the time, Keanan is good, but I have never seen him beat Paulo convincingly, it was always a timing thing and because keanan was bigger. I use lasso spider, de la riva 50/50, most of my game comes from the miyao and mendes bros. . .there's no way keanan >Paulo

Don’t know why ppl hate on this type of bjj. I love it.

It seems every time these guys go against each other no one wants to stand up in the other's guard and work on passing to get to a better position. Most of the times they are both on their butts in a berimbolo/de la riva/50/50 position trying to get a sweep. Bcuz they're in that position a lot,most of the submissions they try to pull off is a foot/leg lock. Then again what do I know, either of them can smash me at will. On the other hand, kinda cool to see Paulo finally "win" against Keenan.

Muita gente está criticando este tipo de luta, mas eles se impuseram perfeitamente bem e dominaram todas as lutas usando do berimbolo (o Keenan usou de outras técnicas, além do berimbolo). É extremamente efetivo. Vários bons lutadores acabaram dominados. O Paulo é 25kg mais leve que o Keenan, um lutador peso PLUMA sendo o campeão do ABSOLUTO, não é sem razão.

These two have tapped out many of others who devote their entire lives to Jit Jitsu.
