Great video, however, the background sound is too loud and your voice is too low, if I turn up the volume then the music would be too loud. Hope you can take note of this in the future videos

Agree, he should improve on his overall pronunciation (after watching a few of his videos) or maybe do it - in his own comfortable “mother tongue” which would probably increase the appeal of the videos. Otherwise, interesting content.

Great video. Congrats with the production crew. I think need more B Roll with tele lense to make more 'rasa'. Close-up shots. And maybe need 1 or 2 talents that makes me want to stay in the luxury condo. Keep it up gaisss! Btw I am film editor, i like the editing also the music background.

This is the best location building with the worst building material. Considering its inside accomplishment, it is under the basic building requirement in Malaysia. Considering its price and the construction, it's not worth its price.
