Not particularly, just keeping everything locked in before the go. When it’s top roll vs top roll often times the hand with the higher knuckles has a significant advantage

My training program hasn’t been focused on strength in a while. Just using 70-90 percent of my max weight for several reps of cup or back pressure. Think I’ve been about this strength level for a year, my techniques gotten a little bit better tho
