Pavlova Recipe Step by Step:
What else can you do other than a Meringue Cake, or better yet, Pavlova with Cream and Mascarpone, who would have thought what would come out. I got some reactions to this meringue with cream that even my little one surprised me with her reaction.
I made a meringue with fruits and cream, twice even. The first meringue turned out well and I slightly burned it, but the second one, the pavlova recipe, turned out amazing.
I invite you to watch me and tell me if I convinced you to try this delicious dessert, simple but also complicated, if you don't strictly follow the steps of this meringue cake.
I will list below the ingredients for the pavlova cake:
Shopping basket, pavlova:
Meringue ingredients:
- 6 eggs (only the egg whites are used, 200g of egg whites);
- 10g of lemon juice;
- 5g of cornstarch;
- 400g of sugar;
The baking temperature for the meringue is 85 - 90 degrees C, for 2 1/2 hours.
Filling for pavlova:
- 400g heavy cream;
- 200g mascarpone;
- 4 tablespoons of sugar;
- 200g of blackberries (fresh or frozen);
- 200g of raspberries (fresh or frozen);
