Fu Bao had really severe skin disease. I'm glad you were able to rescue him on time. He didn't look like he was going to make it when you found him. He is so happy now.

I wish that women wasn't so harsh to the dog at first, she's very rough spoken, speak gently to the poor animal, he's been through a lot, and isn't loved, evidently!! She should also have stopped him from wandering, I think she had more strength than he did, he's weak and emaciated! I'm glad she became more gentle later, and kind, but she spoke kind of sharply at the beginning when they found him, maybe it's just who she is, it's evident that she loves dogs very much. I am grateful they rescued this sad dog, poor unfortunate soul had to have a cruel owner that threw him away!

He is starved and exhausted! In the US dogs starved to this level are given small meals every few hours because it is said a starved dog can die from too much food eaten too quickly. This poor beauty! You are an EXCEPTIONAL rescuer and loving human being.
