That collection is unreal. Kobe wearing Iversons' and they're signed! One of a kind. Iverson himself may have bought them. Because the Kobe even appeals to the incredibly rich and famous, Rick is going to make a killin! Guarantee that stuff was undervalued. Hands down, the biggest robbery in Pawn Stars history!

@@snail4339 Actually there’s a bunch of interns looking at listings and they contact the sellers to go to the show or in this case come to his house. They don’t pay them squak. Then they of course bend them down and these scbags (the bold guy and his son mostly) bends the seller again and almost steal their items in front of them. Go eat a Churro Carson. LOL J/K. On a random note, I used to watch a ton of your videos. Then i figured out you were playing a lot of machines that your friend owned, and a lot of it was staged. I still kept watching until I realize you weren't even going to the arcade anymore. That these claw machines were actually in your house. Then it got really stale when you would just put random stuff in a machine "Like watch me grab this!". I guess you gotta stay on topic and you were running out of ideas but that was pretty boring. I didn't even make it to the point where you were doing live streams and charging people to play the claw machines. Maybe you got so rich you could buy this collection from Rick.

6:10 I love how Rick is still pretending we don't have the internet yet. You don't need a retail store to sell a dozen high price super rare Kobe pieces.
@WillemAlarik
@WillemAlarik 2 жыл бұрын
You can’t just throw items onto eBay and hope for the best to get the true value of super rare and expensive items. That’s a massive risk. Auction? You’re going to cop 20% minimum in auction fees from your top dollar. This is why if you have a known retail store specialised in these kinds of items you can capitalise on their full worth.
@Acid-Blood
@Acid-Blood 2 жыл бұрын
@@WillemAlarik The seller would have gotten much more $$ by selling via an auction house, no matter the fees. 40K is downright ridiculous for the items they picked. I would have simply consigned my stuff with Goldin auctions, they have the best reputation for high-end sports memorabilia. Granted you don't sell this on eBay (for many reasons). But you don't need a retail store and you never ever call a Pawn Shop to sell this kind of stuff.
