Fun fact: the history channel producers picked out the experts like actors, they even had castings. They were more concerned with how presentable they seemed for a tv show. That one autograph guy ended up being a complete fraud.

Rick is very knowledgeable and the "experts" are "in" on it. Rick knew what that sheet was worth before that woman even stepped in the door. You think he calls someone on the phone and says come down and take a look at this then hangs up? Nah he gives them a description, what the seller's asking, and what he thinks it's worth

any appraiser can only give far market value. some people pay more than fair market value because the item is worth more to them. if only ten of these sheets were made and a guy has the other 9, he would pay a lot more than fair market value. I have sold used things on ebay and people paid more then they could buy a new one for. also, I think someone screwed up the editing. two different prices and two different size sheets were mentioned. it is possble that rick paid 3300.00 and the sheet was appraised at 4800.00

This is a business in Vegas that’s been around for at a while before they had a show. I used their drive through as a young man in like 03 era. It was just a dive pawn shop in a bad area of town.. it’s now a nicer pawn shop in a no where area of town with a line of people wanting to buy the tshirts and whatnot...

I can't recall what I paid, but I believe it was in the range of $70 or $80,
