Just after a week after that he had lethergic, vommited, was sensitive to cetain types of food and at last he fell down sick, feeding raw was the best thing to do just the next day of feeding raw he is always in the mood to play, b'cause of you my dog is the most happiest dog in the world

I finally found a store in my town that sells raw chicken feet! Gave one to my dog and he loved it. I don't currently have the resources to feed raw (currently enhancing kibble with a rotation of egg, fresh cooked ground meat, and oily fish) and because I'm vegan I just never have any animal bones in the house. Thrilled to be able to add raw meaty bone to his diet every few days!

Your videos have been so helpful. My 8 year old pit bull currently eats a mix of Primal raw products plus high quality canned food or dehydrated food, but I want to transition her to a raw food that looks more along these lines. I’m finding some difficulties, however, because of her allergies. We can’t have any poultry, and beef needs to be feed in moderation otherwise her stomach gets upset. She does best with lamb and rabbit and fish, but these are not as easy (or inexpensive) as poultry products. I’m still hoping I’ll be able to work this out for her though!

My 4 and 6 pound dogs eat lamb chop bones that I grind and smash myself with the meat about once to twice a week with breakfast. To my knowledge it's safe for them and I've never had any issues of course the bones are chopped into very small pieces for them.

I fed my two months old kitten chicken raw legs, and my shepherd dog raw turkey legs when he was 5 months old

I could not find chicken backs for my 5 month old kitten anymore so I decided to try giving him chicken wings (flats and drumettes, I can not find wing tips either). His jaw had been trained well enough from chewing on the backs that he can manage to eat the whole wing without much trouble, but I have noticed that he sometimes swallows quite a big chunk of the bone (almost half of the whole drumette) instead of chewing it into smaller pieces. Today I noticed an undigested part of the bone (maybe around 2cm long) in his stool. Is this a normal occurrence that can happen if given too much bone or should I switch him back to the chicken backs as soon as possible?

Just started getting my puppy on the raw diet. So far 1 chicken foot a day while maintaining his regular kibble diet. Soon I’ll start throwing in more muscle meat and less kibble.

I grind up chicken wings for my 8 months old adult male shihtzu, he is not interested in gulping and chewing raw meat and raw bone so I grind and make them into small balls and feed him, I follow the B.A.R.F diet since I cannot find all the ingredients for N.R.C diet. So I balance it over the course of 10 days, that's the best I can do

I have some questions still. This has been a bit intimidating for me but I got my puppy today and started raw immediately... I wanted to take it slow and offer her the kibble the breeder provided for the first meal... but a lot of the day passed by and she would not touch the stuff. I chalked it up to her being in a new environment and having just left her siblings... but the hours kept passing by and I would try to even hand feed her and she would drop it and shake her head. She seems a bit underweight as well and what I figure is that she was still relying on whatever milk she could get from mom and just hated the kibble and wouldn't eat it... So I offered some raw chicken breast and she excitedly gobbled it up. I then decided to just go ahead with feeding raw the rest of the day, and when I got to the bone I just felt a bit anxious. I first offered a wing tip and she knew exactly what to do with it, it seemed. She chewed it up like I have seen your dog do in your videos. Later I offered the middle bone of the wing and I held that one while she chewed as I was afraid of her swallowing it and choking, not that she showed signs she would try to but I was nervous... so I am wondering a few things after this first experience... 1) Do they just crush up the bone and then swallow the piece whole, rather than breaking off bits of bone and swallowing them one at a time? 2) She is 9 weeks old, can I give her the larger bones of the wing? Wing tips are pretty small and I don't stress about it, but should I offer larger bones like the rest of the wing as well as necks? 3) If I am holding the bone to have control over the situation while she chews, should I make sure she breaks off pieces of the larger bones before swallowing? Or will she crush the whole thing and swallow it whole while all the pieces are attached? Thank you if you take the time to read this, I'm intimidated but I do want to give her her best life and she appears to prefer raw as well.

So on a chicken drumstick, i cant cut off the epiphysis and feed it raw to my cats? I want to make bone broth from the legs, but im thinking just cook the flesh and leave the bones raw so they can eat the whole thing in a safe manner. Should i just discard the bones then?

Looking at feeding my dog RMBs for the teeth cleaning benefit. They are currently fed mainly on a 80% meat kibble (Eden Holistic) as sadly we can't feed raw right now so this was the next best option. Would it be safe to feed bones while still feeding this kibble?
