The plaintiff says the defendant is her aunt, who she claims spends all her money on clothes and shoes. She’s suing her for car payments and car repairs. The defendant says her niece has a bad attitude. She claims she’s spending all her money on school clothes for her niece’s daughter, so she doesn’t owe anything.

She fell back on those clothes she bought real quick like it was premeditated and then she wasn't replying to her request for the repayment. When someone needs your credit and they're older than you or the same age it means they're not responsible for theirs and will destroy yours too. Give them a loan if you MUST help them but never jeopardize your credits or get loans you can't repay for them. She's here badmouthing her when she relied on her for a car.

Speaking as someone who is a former loan representative for a large bank’s auto finance division….you would be surprised how many people think if their car breaks down, they no longer have to make payments on it. Most common responses are “Well, I can’t drive it so why should I have to pay??” SMH.

Matter fact this show is a prime reflection of society. We have heard JM say "women beater" countless times, but he doesn't have that energy when it comes to children.

@Leo Williams, You're absolutely right. Judge is biased towards men and for the women he practices simpology. Maybe it's for his mostly female audience, but not calling out choking out a 14 year old is low. i been working with youth(8-18) in a residential treatment center for 20 years and NEVER had to choke out any of them when they get physically aggressive, even boys that are bigger than me if I have to restrain them and 99% of the time I can TALK them down CALMY without putting a hand on them. A lot of our people are too ignorant, emotional and violent to be raising any kids, which is why many get taken in the first place. P.S. I am NOT a fan of CPS, by the way. Peace

$300 worth of school clothes and shoes? Just why? I work a damn good job and have one kid and who’s weeeeelllll taken care of….I’m not spending that much on her plus the kids at her school there to learn and not judge one another’s attire. Our ppl kill me

My brother always tells me I'm lame and a cornball for buying clothes from Target and Old Navy. Kids grow fast as hell plus, my daughter plays rough and gets holes in everything. Wtf do I look like buying her Jordans, Ralph Lauren, and whatnot?
