@fleshtheworld - Hi, this sequence it's important to learn to use ELBOWS fast with differents directions.( Final kick its just an optional..) When you are Fighting..you can push your opponent.. and to "open his face" with Elbow's power ! ( This is a Routine Training to try with Sparring Partner.) Regards

E' un bel problema....in realta' abbiamo un CD Thailandese dal linguaggio indecifrabile.....Stiamo pensando di caricare una colonna sonora sul nostro canale con alcune Belle Musiche nei prossimi mesi ..rispettando il copyright degli autori. Un po' di Pazienza..cercheremo di accontentare le vostre richieste prossimamente. La Musica Thai è molto bella, un po' all'antica...come genere , ma molto piacevole. CIAO
