Yes honey, please go to a gyno, just for a general check up/pap smear. Let her know about your pain also. I have very painful periods because of fibroids but it can be caused by a lot of different things.

My cramps are terrible during my cycles (like I have fainting spells that I cannot control or even dodge) luckily I don’t have any of the thingies. I just spoke to my doctor about it and we decided that I should try birth control to see if it helps me any but girly don’t worry, just speak to your doctor if they are unbearable but you aren’t the only one!! much love ❤❤

Yes I’m planning on setting an appointment soon. I just hope they don’t just opt into putting me on birth control bc it wasn’t the best experience for me when I used to be on it 🥹

Hey! I’m in Arizona too and I am not liking these gas prices 😭 I had to increase our gas budget this month. I used to have terrible cramps but after having kids they aren’t too bad now. They were REALLY bad

I used to get painful cramps all the time but then they got worse, with heavier periods. I couldn’t move for 2nd, 3rd day I drank tea, Damiana that helped I had cyst, one ruptured one day. Oh oh 😰 felt like I was giving birth, sorry about the TMI

Hey girl! Love your videos 💜 In regards to your OBGYN question, I’ve been going to one since I was 17 after we thought my appendix was about to rupture and ended up being ovarian cysts. Which led me to finding out I have endometriosis. My cramps were so bad the night before I would start that I would be in the fetal position and then my cycles were irregular. Now I’m on continuous birth control, because of the endometriosis. The months that I do “breakthrough” tho, I’m on ibuprofen or Tylenol by the schedule and have a heating pad. Definitely wouldn’t hurt to go to a gyno, mine is a woman and is awesome to talk too. I’ve had bad experiences with older male drs, but the younger ones don’t write you off and act like know it alls😅 Hope this helps!

Yesss girly this is so helpful! I’m planning on seeing a doctor soon about this. I’m just not sure if it’s normal bc it’s only painful the 2nd or 3rd day then the rest of the time I’m feeling perfectly fine. Thats why I have been back and forth about seeing one.

@@HerBudgets that’s how mine are. The night before is the worst, but the first 2-3 days are just a little bit lower on the pain scale. After that nothing, completely fine. If they start becoming irregular cycles, definitely get you an appointment. You probably can make an appointment, my gyno gets booked out for 2 months sometimes

I used to have the worst cramps! They would make me throw up sometimes. 😭 I’m on birth control now and they are definitely more tolerable that way.

It might be you’re running low in magnesium / zinc / iron if your cramps are bad hope you feel better soon 💕

I’ve been thinking this might be it… bc I don’t eat white or red meat and it’s been almost 6-7 years now. I will have to look into this. Thank you 💕

@@HerBudgets hope you feel better soon 🥰 I had really bad cramps back then too then I studied women’s health more and magnesium zinc iron increase and reducing stress and dancing was what helped me go from pain level 9/10 to a 1/10 🥰
