Tips: If the storage room is in the place where he put bags, there is a second room behind it with 2 glass doors and a printer. Uou can shove bags between the printer and wall, just make sure that only one of the doors is open, as opening both will mark it as a pathway for AI Once you start the hack, you can quite safely run out and prepare to plant the C4. In my 50+ runs, i haven't once had a guard get alerted by the hack. Also, when you have planted the C4, you can simply set an ECM down and run to the storage room ignoring everything.

I've done this a bunch of times! One time before we failed the mission one of my crewmate made it just in time before time runs out! Good times...
