Cleaning the jewelry would've earned them a lot more cash. Just by cleaning all the jewelry in the VIP Room alone gives you 300k.

Props to this man for pulling this off, but it’s too time-consuming. I don’t got the patience on This map. would probably be my least favorite mission for stealth because most of the jewelry is on the sales floor and getting all of it would be a pain in stealth

doing that is ok, the problem is trying to do solo, all loot clean (secondary objective that needs the manager), now that shit is difficult, just wish they removed the time limit to use her, would make this mission much better

How would you get the manager though? You’d have to have mask on meaning going out front is gonna, well, I guess it’s possible. Would probably take like 8 hours though lol

@@jameskirk297 yeah there is a way. and yes it does take 8 hours. you gotta like kill the guard in the front and then get all the civs down and one by one shove them in the back room. get the manager to open the workshop and then hide all the civs in there

0 to 16:53 looks so tedious and unrealistic i'm honestly disappointed that the game allows this. To have to take everything from low angles and constantly monitor the 'observed' warning doesn't seem fun at all. Thanks for the tips though with the microcams. I look forward to unlocking the camera hack. Good idea to place the microcam on the lead guard too i will try it, thanks. I like the shortcut at 29:18 too. Can you also get into the jewellery workshop?

It would've been less tedious if he had the dual camera hack, then he would've been observed less. Otherwise, having a duo to kill the camera guard and then keep tabs on the head guard (the guy with the vest) as well as the front patrol guard would've made it less tedious. Also, you can get into the workshop, but the manager needs to be grabbed, which requires a couple things. A heist favour, which is unlocked for completing a certain heist (it can be unlocked multiple times) which places her in the lunch room, allowing you to not worry about her leaving, or by going loud and taking her hostage. She's the only employee with clearance to open it and she leaves after a few minutes from entering the store. But, if you do have her and open the workshop, all the stolen jewelry can be "cleaned," which earns you more money and an achievement if you clean every single bag of jewelry while maintaining stealth.

In the VIP area, there is a room where you can scan the jewelry making it worth more

He didn't grab the manager in time to unlock the machine that "cleans" the jewelry (notice Shade lets you know that the manager is leaving). In order to do that you have to get into the basement and get the document in the safe. This lets Shade bait the manager into her office and makes for an easy grab. The issue with that is in order to grab the manager you have to mask up, so you can no longer loot the front of the store safely. There's way too many civvies and it'll almost always snowball into the street. Even if you drop the blinds, the door is wide open. Moving that many civs in time to get them safely behind cover from the doors... pretty much impossible, I think. It's a job that's a lot easier to pull off if there's at least 2 players, as one can go for the manager and the other can loot the front.

@@truthless4720 I alone managed to get everyone out the door, but the main problem is that after a while new ones come (endlessly), and it happens that one of them is standing right in front of the entrance, and it can't be removed in any way, because panic immediately rises on the street

@@grandcage8389 One solution I could find for this is to move everyone (or almost) to the lunchroom and let the door open, so that every new client that enters the jewelry store will see people tied down there and run right straight to them, making it easier for you to tied them down too. It takes some patience to move everyone, but it's definetely worth it

I would say this is a little deceiving. It was an excellent run, and clearly a top stealther, however without getting into the Jeweler's Workshop to clean the loot, it simply doesn't ring true as a complete run.

If they see one in the distance, they'll go in "search mode" and search near the bag and then around the area. They've radioed for me before on Overkill but on lower difficulties, they simply return to regular patrol after they're done searching. You'll know they've spotted it if you see a caution triangle above their head.

I love payday but this is the dumbest thing ive ever seen. No wonder i can never do stealth without getting caught, im using real world brain. Apparently i just have to retrain myself into becoming invisible in front of every npc. This series is a joke 😂
