I was also a manager in pizza hut and now working in McDonald's. This hospitality and restaurant industry is so tough and we have to face every type of customer. It's true we never accept coin but when we close shift we close cash as well and their is an option of coins of 1,2 and 5 in Closing Cash List. Hats off to all crew and team who shows positive attitude
