We went grocery shopping, letting Briella choose what she wants to eat. This has been an enlightening experience for Briella and for us as parents with a daughter who has autism. Briella has been in the grocery store before but she has not been actively choosing food before. Now, she knows exactly what she wants. My husband told me, that he saw somewhere when you child is a picky eater to bring them to the grocery store and introduce them to new foods.
