Dr എന്റെ മകൾക് pcod ഉണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്ന് കൊണ്ട് പഠിക്കുകയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ ഹെൽത്തിയായിട് ഡയറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പൊ 19 age ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വീട്ടിലാണെങ്കിൽ നല്ല പോലെ ഡെയ്റ്റുമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകാമായിരുന്നു ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ അരിയാഹാരം അല്ലെ കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കുന്നത്. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ മെൻസസ് ക്ലിയർ അല്ല. മെൻസസ് ചിലപ്പോ 3മാസം വരെ വൈകാറുണ്ട്. അപ്പൊ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോയി സ്കാനിംഗ് എടുത്തപ്പോൾ ഓവറിയിൽ നീർക്കെട്ട് ഉണ്ടെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. മെഡിസിൻ എടുത്തപ്പോൾ നോർമലായി. ഇപ്പൊ ഇതിന്റെ സിഡെഫക്റ്റ് എന്തെന്നാൽ സ്കിൻ വല്ലാദേ ഡെൾ ആയിട്ടു വരുന്നു. ഇനി എന്ധാ ഡോക്ടർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഇതുപോലെ ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ നിന്ന് പഠിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ഒന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാമോ പ്ലീസ്‌ ഡോക്ടർ

@@diyaponnus7440 dear...first u cool...okk Breakfast...Chama pazhakanji Lunch... brown rice one cup Curry with 2 type upperi One carrot with half cucumber Dinner...at 6 o clock...one egg boiled with Chama kanji with cherupayar or ragi putt with kadala... No white rice, maida, no bakery...no sweet items...cool mind...do breathing exercises...okk ...u can have chicken curry...and fish curry...no fry items...half an hour yoga...or any exercise...
