This video was the first of yours that I saw maybe a year or so ago. I was simply looking for info on KZfaq about PCOS and yours was one that came up. I've been following your makeup tutorials ever since. You are so talented. I find it encouraging that you are able to share so much about beauty. My PCOS make me feel so self conscious, your videos give me hope. Congratulations on your product line. I can't think of a better person who deserves it!

I just found your vids (round-about through a FB post) and LOVE them... Having PCOS I understand your struggle. The Met really messed with me after I started taking more than two a day. Now I'm taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening (2000mg/day total) and it is helping me handle them well enough. Anyhow, I wanted to add my voice to remind you again, you aren't alone, and that you are so talented! Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us!

I have PCOS too! I have been putting off the Metformin for a long time, but after my weight has gone up considerably I am wanting to try it out. Nice to hear someone else actually talk about it. And Lauren is super sweet. Thanks Lauren for sharing.

omg Lauren...i have been so down for about three weeks. as i have been sitting here with a throbbing left side from the PCOS I see that you have this problem also. i am only on strong pain medication right now. please do another vlog to let us know if you have any side effects. i am so happy that you are having so much success with the youtube thing and traveling around making a name for yourself. it couldn't have happened to a more genuine nice person. love ya.

i have PCOS but im not on any medication. its good to hear your medication is working! i havent tried any medication myself... i hope to hear more bout this as time goes by. good luck :)

I have PCOS and i tried Metformin, it worked really well for me for a bit, was on it about a year and a half three tablets a day. have come off them now. my symptoms are finally getting a bit better. i totally know how you feel. love your vids and your eye make up ideas are absolutely amazing, the best i have ever seen. i have also bought one of the pro palettes off ebay. many thanks

Love the updates! It makes me a little sad to think that you don't think your smile is as adorable as it is. Honestly, I never noticed your teeth. When you smile your face is bright and happy, and that's what I see. Everyone has different teeth, it's one of the things that makes us unique. Don't be ashamed, you're such a beautiful girl, Lauren. hi Lauren, I was on Metformin for 4 years , it worked for that long ,now I am on insulin 2 needles 2 times a day , sux, but at least it works. I love you and ur videos you are so ''real'' it is sooo nice to see that real people are still out there...lol. I have PCOS too. I'll have to research that Metformin because all my doctor put me on oral contraceptive and it doesn't seem to be doing much. Scrapbooking is a great idea! I'm glad you're keeping track of all your amazing success.

I have PCOS as well. Been on Metformin for about 3 weeks now. My doctor has me taking 3 pills at dinner every day. No bad side-effects. I feel better as well! Glad to hear you're dealing well with the medicine. As far as Miley Cyrus is concerned... she is a very famous and well known teenager in the states. She went from Disney TV star to famous singer. Her father is Billy Ray Cyrus (perhaps you've heard of him). Great video as usual. Beautiful scrap book!

Hia, Have you been to see your GP about the PCOS because they cant cure but could help with other medication which would ease some of that pain. I hope you get a bit better and I will be doing updates on how its going because there just isnt enough mention for us struggling women with this awkward and awful problem.

I've just been diagnosed with PCOS as well, and I started Metformin the same day as you! Its absolutely miserable, isn't it?? I hope your side effects go away soon, mine are just now starting to subside. Hang in there, sweetie!!!

I too have PCOS, I am also severe diabetic. I was diagnosed with diabetes 4 years ago with 250-375 blood sugars first , just found PCOS 6 months back...2 weeks ago my 19 yr old was diagnosed , a week ago my 16 yr old..awful...but I've been on Metformin for quite a while 1000 mg morning/nite...no real side effects short of weight loss which is a good thing.....love your videos

I have a question, I have PCOS and am on Metformin for it as well, but it hasn't helped me at all, I think my dosage is VERY low, what dosage do you have? If it is working that well for you, I suspect it is a higher dose. Please reply if you can.

Are you still on the metformin? I was told I had PCOS about 2 years ago and have been trying to get on the metformin. i've been off and on because of the nausea it gives me and it doesn't feel good...but i know if there's any chance of me having a baby when i'm older I have to take it. i've just started about a week ago and will soon be starting on 2 a day, but it is affecting my sleep. i'm just wondering how you're doing and if you still take 3 a day! thanks xxxx ps: i love your vids so much
