It works, the time trick is fully working on the emulator.
To get red hare king, you need to do the time trick.
I follow the tutorial on gamefaqs, the trick only working on the original PS2 console.

But don't worry, I made some adjustments to the procedure, so the trick can be done on pcsx2.
I have tested the trick is working when I add 4 seconds ahead from the original tutorial, so I will add +4 seconds to every time trick listed on the website, in order to do the trick working on pcsx2.

Bios version: USA v02.30 (2008/02/20) console 20080220 - 175343
How to do the time trick on pcsx2:
1. Boot into PS2 Bios.
2. Go to time/date settings and change the time, but do not press X to confirm after you're done.
3. Press Esc choose change disc and select the dynasty warriors 6 disc image.
4. Hit X to confirm, wait 3 seconds and press Circle to go back to the main menu, wait until the game finished booting.
To get Red Hare King, The time trick setting:
Time zone: Japan
time: 10:17:03 (+4 Second on emulator)
24-hour format
Stage: Shi Ting - Wu side (easy difficulty)
REQUIREMENT
Players: 1 (with Lady Luck)
Total Weapon(s) obtained at the end of stage: 6
Horse(s) obtained at the end of stage: 1 or more.
REWARD
C/H horse: Dusk Warlord (red)
Attack: 204
Speed: 383
Jump: 311
Destruction: 141
You can also do with 2 players for much faster and easier to get the horse.
