The woman at the end was Champion Cynthia, the descendant of Volo, who you defeated at the end of Legends: Arceus.

In short the Pokémon with the yell glow are called noble Pokémon, the ones with red eyes are alphas, they are much bigger, stronger, and have better moves off the bat compared to a normal one

Positives about Legends Arceus: -having to manually evolve pokemon instead of having to press B every level to prevent evolution before you're ready (unevolved pokemon learn more moves faster) -you can literally catch them all -in the immortal words of Piccolo, you have to DODGE since it doesn't shy away from the fact that pokemon is short for pocket monsters and wild pokemon are like wild animals in terms of temperament. -since it's a prequel, the pokeballs use an old-fashioned hand crafted design (because we make them like Kurt did in Gen 2) instead of the modern Silph Co design -SO MUCH REFERENCES since it's a prequel to the franchise. -you make the very first pokedex and it's a literal notepad, as opposed to Prof Oak making the first digital pokedex. -it has better polish than Scarlrt/Violet by a significant margin -YOU GET PAID FOR CATCHING POKEMON -no more random encounters. The closest is breaking rocks Nd headbutting trees, and even those you can predict when they'll have wild pokemon -You can catch pokemon outside of battle (but it requires some skill as you have to aim it yourself). -encounters with multiple pokemon at once let you catch all of them (while previous games with "hoard battles" only let you catch one, and you had to knock out the rest firstl. Negatives: -certain pokemon that existed in gen 4 ate missing, which contradicts lore (Hisui becomes Sinnoh) -two pokemon are exclusive to "opd save" bonuses and two have their hint hidden in a separate game, but mercifully you don't NEED them for the "complete" dex -no gyms, no badges, no league. In-universe for the game, the League hasn't even been founded yet. -only three towns in the whole game, and only one is a familiar place -there are very few trainer battles, and your "rival" gets written out of being relevant way too early. -pokemon have different temperaments. Some eill attack on sight like Paras, some are passive like your starter... And some are so skittish they'll run away the instant they see you, such as Eevee. -Abra is a BITCH to catch. It doesn't run do much as teleport, and it can even teleport randomly while aiming and throwing your ball. -nothing is done with your rival post game Things I'm neutral on: -whioe they're relevant, you and your ribal basically have the May/Brendon dynamic. -when they localized the game in English, most of the characters' names from the Japanese version get replaced with... Different names that are still of Japanese origin. Especially the protagonists. -everyone is an ancestor. Everyone.

If you don't know Cynthia... you have never experienced anything like her. She is famous for being the hardest Champion to defeat, with the most difficult star Pokemon of all champions. She is every player's worse nightmare. Sinnoh has tonnes of lore. I would look it up.
