Honestly, I'm not sure what separates the two. These are purple hull peas though. Grown them since I was a little kid. Definitely my favorite pea/bean. Good flavor and prolific growers here in MS.

What is the gap between the rollers?

I’ll try to measure it with some calipers this weekend. The top roller is on a slotted hole though so you can adjust as you need to.
