Wood Soup ASMR:
I make calming wood and water triggers to help you rest and relax, or focus and get through your workday by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to trigger intense ASMR tingles by allowing the unique characteristics of the wood and bead sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean and minimally produced as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain & thunder may be added for a layered option.

What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is the positive psychological and physical sensations you feel from certain triggers. Triggers can be things like light touch, hair brushing, watching someone create art, listening to someone whisper, or crinkling or tapping sounds. There are a great number of benefits to ASMR, such as helping PTSD & anxiety, easing insomnia & depression, and promoting feelings of general well-being & positivity.

These types are the best - when they’re not too full with beads, when they’re too full of beads you can’t hear the noise with the water and that’s what I crave! I need to hear them drop in the water / water noises etc. This one was so good 🥰🥰 thank you

Oh no! It’s dangerous - literally should come with a warning label. I fall asleep MAKING them, no lie. 😂💜💤💤💤💤💤 I’m glad you like them though! No operating any heavy machinery, make sure you’re in a seated position and no fragile object around ☺️

30 seconds into this channel and I'm a fan. Love the relaxed pace and distinctive beautiful wood sounds. Sometimes other channels go so fast, I start feeling hurried & agitated. This one has a wonderfully soothing sound collection - what's better than water and wood? - with a slow roll. Maybe a slow stir is a better description. Perfect.
