I really enjoyed this video. Reminded me of times when I could do flower beds & my mama always loved planting flowers & her & daddy had a garden as long as they were able. I'm watching this at 3:45am Wednesday morning. Can't sleep. Hubby had to be taken back to the hospital by ambulance on Monday. He developed a severe infection in his right hand, the only one he could use. He has so many things fighting against him that the ER dr said it would be very inappropriate of him to not admit him. He was home from Good Friday til Monday. I'm still in my back brace struggling with that pain, but I changed him, cleaned him, did wound care & kept his catheter bag empty and clean. I wasn't able to do much cooking, but our grandson & son helped as much as they could. I stayed with him at the hospital til almost midnight...my sister drove me & got a wheelchair to take me in or I'd never made it. His sister went to be with him today so I could rest, but that's only been a little bit here & there. Our grandson had to help rescue workers take him out of the house on a special carry lift down the front steps & onto the stretcher. He got down on his knees, kissed his pawpaw & told him he loved him. I just sat on the porch with my walker and cried. I don't know where things will go from here. Only God knows. I feel scared, worried, overwhelmed & exhausted, but I have to keep telling myself that this is all in God's hands. Even though I struggled with his daily care, it almost felt normal here. We'd pray together at bedtime even though he was in the living room in his hospital bed & I'd come to our bedroom to rest. But it was so nice to have him home & he was so happy to be home. I just don't understand why things keep happening. Please, Tipper, you & the girls keep us in prayer. God is all we have. Our family dr said he was lucky to even be alive, so I thank God that he still is. This was such a calming video! May God richly bless all your hands have planted. I just love seeing all the plants you are setting out! But I gotta tell you, there is just something about the running water! It looks so clear and delicious! Any big old stones that were headed downriver towards MS just got beat into pebbles and pea gravel! LOL!!! Right now that water looks a bit cold but, come July, it will be so appealing to just take off your shoes and go wading!
