I’ve been doing your workouts from when you started on KZfaq and they literally helped save my mental health ❤️ I’m 30 too this year so I feel like I’ve been on journey with you, Cameron, Hayley and Alison since my early 20s 😂 when my depression and anxiety gets too much and I’m spiralling so bad when I don’t see a way out, my parents and boyfriend till this day say “go and do a workout with Caleb” as it automatically makes me smile because of your energy and personality! It brings me back to the present moment and helps me focus! Sorry for the long message and you’re amazing!! Thank you for this. I lost my brother to suicide almost 5 years ago now and this made me feel connected to him in some crazy way. He is so much like the fitness Marshall… when I miss him I watch the videos because the crazy silly fun enthusiasm reminds me of him.. and he loved Mario so this would have been his fav. These videos help me find calm in the waves of overwhelm, thank you for these. @thefitnessmarshall
