Yes! In fact... I just learned in my grieving process, from my grief counselor, that we should always allow people to cry when they're having a moment. Sometimes even resisting the urge to touch the person (there will be plenty of time for that), so that the moment stays on the person crying and not on you. Let them get it out. I know her and Lisa are friends, but that was a time to stay quiet, so she could say what she needed to say.

Watching this after reading about him filing for divorce and dating a 25 year old..I definetely feel for Lisa. Im sure she'll get money from the divorce, she has the TV show, friends and 2 kids..I hope she's at a point where Lenny isn't her whole world anymore so she can move on.

Lisa admitted she has no relationship with her family and Lenny is all she has. That’s a terrible position your romantic partner in. To cling yourself to another person entirely is suffocating and smothering. It’s completely unfair to your partner.

Me and my boyfriend are kind of like this with each other 😣 but only I realize that it’s unhealthy and want help.. but I’m 27 and I don’t really have friends or family.. we live in a small city and I work from home so meeting new people feels impossible. In the meantime I’ve scheduled therapy so I can get help understanding how to fix my life.

It's called codependency, I went through this with my husband and thankfully I got help in time. I do love my husband and he loves me but making him responsible for fulfilling all of the roles I had absent in my life wasn't fair.

My now EX husband once told me he was no longer in love with me. I kept pushing it, thinking I could fix it. Turns out he was a year deep into an affair. Look at where Lisa is in the most current season, he's locking her and the kids out of the house. He is having an affair with some girl from his office, the SAME GIRL. Once someone checks out, it's over.

If you think the reason someone comforts someone is just to make it about themselves speaks loads of your character. There are people who are genuinely empathetic of others and hate to see them in pain. I saw them get up and it didn’t make me lose focus of Lisa. I’m glad they hugged her and gave her a tissue, she felt vulnerable.
