My step-grandfather who I've known since I was about 7 is a Scottsman in his 80's now. He spent much of his life in England (and is actually a Free Mason too which is a whole different story) but I was having a conversation with him about a year ago about this show, and he looked at me and said 'Ohh the Peaky Blinders? I remember them, nasty lads they were' and when I tell you my jaw dropped. Yes, he lived through their era.

@@prateekarora367Man....I need to say something,If they want to make a film they need to make it at least 4 hours long,you can't make people wait a really really long time for a 2 hours long rushed film with a bad finale and doesn't make even sense,then if you don't want it rushed it means they better make at least a 4 hours film.If a series is 6 episodes and each one is almost 1 hour long it means an antire season is almost 6 hours long,if the film is 4 hours long why not making an entire series then?It's better and it gives more suspence.
