I was able to get the game to run! In the SNES mini, the only emulator that runs this game is Mame 2014. All the FBAs, Mame 2000, and Mame 2003 get a black screen or load up the rom like a glitch-fest.

@@peales1 I tried FBN first as someone else suggested it worked for them too. But when I did, it had the same result as all other FBA emulators....a black screen. I tried Mame 2003 and got a glitched up loaded rom while Mame 2000 got either a black screen or glitches (I forget which one it got). When I tried Mame 2014, the game actually booted up fine and sound and gameplay were perfect!

I know another attacks, the flying spinning tail = attack is up - down + Secound button (Tail/Kick Button) And the enegry discharge pulse = forward - down - forward + secound button (Tail/Kick Button) I have question how to do dash attck to the enemy
