Will work much better if you put half of the oats in a food processor for a fine smoother cookie dough then combine the other half / reg oats... together 👍

I've done that with other recipes and I really like some oats flour and the rest regular oats. I would do the same when I try this recipe.

What does 350F translate to in degrees centigrade?

That would be approximately 175ºC. You can calculate yourself, F to C is first subtract 32 then divide by 9 and multiply by 5.
