Really loved your solo. Perfect demonstration of each drum voice. Your single stroke roll and unison playing is excellent and I loved you paradiddle-diddles! Nice.Very tidy drummer - you're an example how exactly how to play the drums tidily and with drive. Good work.

Exx is a wrap exl is a lacquer

@@sphenkspoingus5967 I dont think so however I'm pretty sure exl are a lot more expensive. 7 months ago when I was looking to buy a pearl export I didnt end up buying it and instead went for the gretsch catalina maple. If you have the extra 150 odd pounds I would consider checking them out as i love them so much and am happy with my purchase!

It’s a bit midrange heavy, yeah. an Evans EMAD or similar head with a muffling ring would probably bring it to life, bring out a lot more attack.
