Yu Bichyu Well, the song is not a slow song, but that doesn't mean it is high energy. This song actually has a very sassy, sluggish stoned feeling. It is sonically a "fast" song, but tempo does not equate to energy. Although, if it's your opinion that you think it would make more sense if she did not perform in this manner, I can't argue with you~

Yu Bichyu But I will debate my opinion ;p Personally, I think she DID bring it. I am not complaining. She did bring it, she just didn't bring what you think is IT. Even if I didn't like Pearl, I couldn't say she doesn't bring it, but that is just my perception on things. I think I/ likewise fans understand Pearl the same way Pearl understands Pearl because we naturally like the way pearl actually does things, we like the character, not just her looks or "chill" attitude. Not every lip sync has to be the same, even if it is the same tempo song. i.e. Pearl Vs Trixie, very different to the song, but both really good for different reasons, even though a lot of non fans and fans alike didn't get it, although a lot did. The song in one persons opinion is fast, therefore needs a fiery, energetic performance like Trixie, but it is also could be done the 80's cool girl, low key with more attention to moving with the song, not just outright dancing and flailing to the song.( which isn't always bad for me ) Saying Pearl didn't bring it is basically saying you just don't understand/flow with the type it IT she brings. I never liked the queens syncs who are TOO much with lip syncing, mouths open wide as can be, flipping around, jumping, splitting their legs, eyes always slit, over - giving the the mean "fierce" stare, it all becomes quite cliche and boring for some actually, and just like an over pollution of body movement. Although Ginger's and Violet did have GOOD lips syncs, I think Pearl's was the most uniquely done. The glitching thing she does, the empty stare, the fluid movement mixed with robotic movement, the sluggish speed, with the lyrics of the song that is about a sleepy drag princess of sass, sass isn't always obnoxious and loud, the EDM music, I love EDM mixed with unusual visual company, i.e. not just dancing around. Pearl actually made an interesting move by doing a really odd performance compared to two girls who performed high energy songs the exact way you would think it would be done. Not bad of course. But I am saying that they all had equally GOOD lip syncs, I just found the Pearl's lip sync the most interesting, and I want to get out there that yes, this is a really good lip sync to a lot of people for the exact same reason you think it's boring, plus some stuff you might not care to pay attention to/ be interested in. It is all perspective. I love it, watched it over and over. I know the kind of niche Pearl is going for though, even before Pearl got big, I like her kind of act before she became a thing, so I am obviously biased, but I USED to most likely think the same way you did about things actually. Anyways, we aren't suppose to take it to seriously though, it's drag! X)

Daniel Mendoza I know 3rd place all of the way. Violets was great, I heard she did great Burlesque style drag. I kind of wanted to see her lip synch so I could see it.... but Gingers was the best out of the three. I will say I am not mad at all Violet won...after that lip synch she was stunning.
